Enjoy the lights at night

In the bright room where the sun shines during the day, orange light shines through the window in the evening and gradually moves to the night light.


Isn't it the night time to heal the fatigue of the day in the daily transition and spend a relaxing time both physically and mentally?


Spending a moment at night in the dim light calms people's hearts and heals the fatigue of the day.


Dinner time under the calm lights with an atmosphere allows you to feel that the food is even more delicious and the conversation is naturally lively.


In addition, bathing, which feels the soft light and sound while watching the night view, will relieve the fatigue of the day and at the same time allow you to spend a blissful relaxing time.


The time to relax in bed before going to bed is also exceptional. The gentle light of the indirect lighting, which is arranged so that the direct light source does not enter the line of sight, will allow you to have a relaxing and comfortable time both physically and mentally until just before falling asleep.


Since your body and brain are active by receiving a lot of stimulation outside during the day, it is important to reduce unnecessary noise at night when you return home and create an environment where you can relax both your body and mind. By doing so, you can refresh the next day and spend it cheerfully.


Many people seem to be looking for a brightness at home at night that is the same as during the day, but people are originally active during the day and rest at night. Giving stimulation and stress at that night is never a good thing.


If you continue to live a stressful life more than necessary, you will lack kindness and generosity to others, and you will not be able to control your reason and emotions well.


The same goes for pale white light such as fluorescent lamps. During the day, bright and stimulating light, such as sunlight, activates the brain and body to become active and increase productivity, but constantly receiving such stimuli can also be stressful.


Relieving such stress during the day is also an important role in the night time.


That's why it makes sense to bring it closer to a more natural environment, such as transferring from the orange color at dusk to the dim candlelight, rather than the daytime light emitted by fluorescent lights at home.


Such a space may not be convenient at all, but it will allow you to spend a quiet, peaceful and comfortable time that is unique to the night.
